Housing Programs

The Community Services Department administers programs which help people become more stable in their work and housing situations.

FAMILY HOMELESS PREVENTION AND ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (FHPAP)

FHPAP works with families or singles who are homeless or are at imminent risk of homelessness, or living in shelters to stabilize their lives, by providing services such as budget counseling, assisting with damage deposits or first month's rent.

EMERGENCY FOOD & SHELTER PROGRAM

Emergency Food & Shelter Program works with families or singles who are homeless or are at imminent risk of homelessness, or living in shelters to stabilize their lives, by providing rent or mortgage assistance.

Home Repair Loan Program

Loan program to provide homeowners resources to make repairs to their homes.
