RENTING 101
Renting 101 is a program of classroom training and individual counseling where the participant can:
- Receive and Learn to read their Credit Report
- Receive and Review their Unlawful Detainer Report
- Receive and Review their Criminal Background Report
- Learn the Rights & Responsibilities for Tenants and Landlords
- Better Understand Leases
The Program teaches a participant how to repair problems with their history, and learn how to present themselves positively to obtain housing. This program includes 6 hours of class (in 2 morning sessions) and 1 hour of one-on-one financial counseling.
